Daily at *ISA* we note the booming oil production from horizontal drilling. Yet this technological advancement is only a function of the ‘break point’ clearly explained in the book. The world still produces 1000 barrels of oil a second, and last decade Tertzakian surveyed the landscape better than anyone.
